AICE is a non-profit-making association of professional conference interpreters founded in 1968. Our members specialise in conference interpreting at national and international meetings.

AICE has over 100 member interpreters who work in the main official EU languages, as well as other non-EU languages, such as Russian, Chinese, Arabic and Japanese.

Our mission

AICE’s mission is to guarantee efficient multi-language communication between participants in sessions where several languages are spoken.

AICE ensures that members participate in ongoing training and development and does its utmost to defend the interests and standards of the profession in general.

AICE also strives to inform and to establish permanent communication with all stakeholders and companies with an interest in interpreting services.
